About the Recipe

This Anti-Inflammatory Golden Turmeric Blend is warm, comforting, flavorful, and loaded with healthy nutrients and antioxidants. Besides aiding sleep, it also helps with digestive issues and reduces the pain and fever associated with illness. The unique combination of ingredients not only tastes good, but it's also good for you!


  • 2 1/2 cups coconut, almond or cashew milk

  • 2 tsp. Organic Golden Turmeric Powder Blend

  • 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract

  • 1 tsp. Raw Honey

  • 1 Cinnamon Stick to Garnish

  • 1 tsp. organic coconut oil (extra immune boost if needed)


  1. On low heat, add milk, Vanilla Extract and Golden Turmeric Powder Blend in a small saucepan.

  2. Bring to a gentle simmer; just before boiling for five minutes or more, stirring occasionally.

  3. When done, add raw honey to sweeten as desired (can add coconut oil for extra immune boost if needed)

  4. Add cinnamon stick

  5. Serve warm.

Tasty Tip!

Milk can be served cold or warm based on your preference, however we recommend having Golden Milk Warm!
