As a wife, mother of two, and Drug & Alcohol Therapist, I suffered for years from joint and muscle pain, numbness, tingling in my hands and feet, and fatigue. After finally being diagnosed with fibromyalgia, doctors put me on traditional medication to help with the pain and inflammation. Within a year of being on this medication, my quality of life went downhill quickly. I was weak, almost bedridden, and couldn't walk any distance or do steps. Determined to improve my health and quality of life, my husband and I sought alternative lifestyle changes to tackle this autoimmune disease. I learned natural holistic ways to incorporate what I needed in my body to aid my symptoms. Along this journey, a friend introduced me to the health benefits of turmeric.

As an avid self-taught chef, I went into my kitchen and started experimenting with spices, and voila, So Damn Good Spice blends were born! After over a year of using my turmeric spice blends, I am a believer in the health benefits of including turmeric as part of a healthy diet, and I want to share my creations with you!

My mission is to educate others on how to live a healthy life from the benefits of turmeric.
