Shipping
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once you have received a tracking number, your order will no longer be eligible for changing items or cancellation. Please allow 5-7 business days for items to be shipped. All packages ship USPS.
During the holiday rush, please allow additional time for your order to be shipped.
So Damn Good cannot be held liable for confirmed deliveries that are not received. If your order has been confirmed as delivered via the tracking system provided, we recommend that you first call your local post office or UPS to inquire further.
Returns
All Sales are Final! So Damn Good Spices is unable to accept returns or exchanges on food products because they are perishable items. If you have any comments or concerns please email us at Info@sodamngoodspices.com.
If you received the wrong product or a shipment was damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will provide a replacement. We will request images of damaged product.
