This BBQ Sauce is Full of Goodness, Anti-inflammatory properties and has a good source of antioxidants. The Spiced-Up Turmeric Blend has all the unique combination of spices to help boost the flavor and heat. Bone broth is used for that extra immune boost. It is rich in minerals that help build and strengthen your bones. It also contains many other healthy nutrients, including vitamins, amino acids, and essential fatty acids.
1 cup Turmeric Ginger Bone Broth
1 cup Sugar Free Ketchup
1/2 teaspoon So Damn Good Spice Up Turmeric Blend (add more to heat up spice level)
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
½ teaspoon Granulated Garlic
1/4 cup apple cider or rice vinegar
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons soy sauce or Bragg Liquid Aminos
1-2 drops liquid smoke, if smoky sauce is desired
Add all spices to a bowl or container and blend.
Poor ingredients in a small saucepan, bring to a simmer on medium-low heat for 5-10 minutes to thicken.
Turn off the heat and let it cool.
Pour the sauce in a container with a lid and refrigerate until ready to use.
Use on your choice of grilled meats or as a dipping sauce.
You can store the Turmeric BBQ Sauce in an airtight container for up to 2-3 weeks until ready to use.
